Vincent Valentine Claw Arm Tutorial

other side of the festivities and

I survived, or almost 3 days of the marathon. I do not know how, but I did. Yesterday I spent the day doing what I have now renamed the "lounging at work", ie remain in a horizontal position as long as possible to see one after another episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" (tv crazy but frivolously light) on E! Today would not have gone very differently if I had not had to work (always horizontal of course). The signs of weakness came on the evening of Boxing Day - dizziness, feeling of nausea, which I promptly ignored, munching a Malox, sniffing vinegar and pacifiers grain of salt, together with the insinuations that my sister was pregnant. Maybe! To tell you the truth I was hoping there well I said anything to believe that the dizziness could be attributed to something else. Unfortunately (or fortunately, who knows) is not so, and today I find myself with my fatigue, the mother of all periods (sorry boys listen, but I hope to give them a bit of exhaustion), and, as if Furthermore, I came back against a sore throat which I was fighting with antibiotics, and then, thanks to the urgent work to be completed by Thursday, the appointment with the massage is skipped until a date to be determined. This gorge is absolutely calm, and I have to earn my bread before heading out to start the restructuring body before the New Year, but also (more importantly) to try not to feel older than that are on time for my birthday on January 10 (good resolutions for the new year # 1).
frightening thoughts aside, today I contacted a colleague, in both senses of the word. Apparently not the only translator with CFS! A very kind mail I came from a person who has read the article on Tu Style, and who like me had to stop working while standing (she was the interpreter - a profession that has always fascinated me and that I have di svolgere solo per poche ore da quando sono malata).

Come state recuperando?

Gifts Lastminute Low Budget

Ciao Bellissimi!!
Sapete che non sono stata tanto bene in questi giorni, ma sono felice di dirvi che sono riuscita a chiudere la pratica regali in poco meno di 1 e Half a budget mini mini, and everything within a radius of 1 km from home! How did I do? Take note ....

It is never a good idea to waste precious energy before the holidays. This time, constants of lunches, dinners and family gatherings, imposes a considerable energy saving. In addition to this problem, put the economic crisis, and we imposed a double savings and very little room to maneuver. In fact, relatives of Alexander, I'll see tonight at the Christmas Eve dinner, we agreed not to give gifts this year. The problem is this: without a minimum spending Christmas, I find it hard to get into the spirit of the holidays ... I do not know, I'll be a perfect product of this world commerciale e globalizzato, ma per me il Natale proprio non è un vero Natale se non riesco a fare regali a nessuno.

Ora vado to finish the rest ... Have a nice eve. I hope you do not have to cook, to be pampered by friends and relatives, to receive all the love (and why not, some present) that you deserve.

Haunted Houses On The Eastern Shore

Communication Service

The article by Tu Style this week, is available on the website of Professor Umberto Tirelli , who has provided his expert opinion for the article.

If You Tell A Scorpio No

On 23 December: psychological preparation

Typically, when he comes on December 1, the countdown begins for me the equivalent of New York City Marathon. It 's the month opens up a whole series of important dates.

First of all: The Immaculate . Not because he is particularly religious, but because ironicamente io e Alessandro ci siamo conosciuti sei anni fa durante la notte tra il 7 e l'8 dicembre .

Di solito, per qualche space-time strange mechanism, time is accelerated from that date and all of a sudden I find myself at 23 December and I have not yet made a gift!

Well, not entirely my fault ... Last Friday I caught a throat infection and a cold, thanks to a walk through my house and my beautician in the snow. A tragicomic scene, I swear. You see, in Rome we are not at all accustomed to precipitation in general, but the snow in particular. I mean not only psychologically, but for me I did not even fit the wardrobe! For obvious reasons, are several years that I did not even go to the hall of the brain to go to the mountains a sciare, quindi non c'è nessun motivo valido per la presenza di scarpe adatte alla neve nella mia (seppure vasta) collezione di scarpe.

Appena esco dal portone mi rendo conto di aver fatto a real bullshit: I thought the cold, but not to the ice , that strange phenomenon that occurs as the thermometer drops below zero. Down the steps along the entrance to the building was adventurous to say the least: I managed to avoid death, remembering to place your feet and body parallel to the mountain (the words of my ski instructor when I was 8 years old) and get slowly little steps with small children. I forgot the total lack of friction components on the soles of her boots, and every other position would have the effect rink. In short, instead of lasting 2 ½ minutes, the walk lasted 20 minutes.

All this to explain why tutt'oggi sono sotto antibiotico e non ho ancora fatto un regalo.

Starò seduta per una media di 5 ore a pasto a farmi imbottire come un'anatra da fois gras and I will try not to think about the futility of my attempts to diet in the year. Of course, it comes out of this tour de force with at least 4 pounds heavier , liver slightly enlarged and renewed allergy tortellini in broth, but traditions are traditions, and I've learned not to panic ... breathe , breathe, breathe, breathe ... here, I passed.

What do you fear the most during the holidays? Your favorite moments which are they?

You Style!

Hello everyone! Is something passed water under the bridge since I wrote for the last time, I know. Mea culpa. These months have been a frenzy in terms of business (thankfully) and, in typical style CFS, you can not do everything and the emphasis is on more urgent things. I could not finish the translation of a contract and then have to write an article on the blog, rather, the computer did not want to even turn on! The work has had very positive effects on health, as it kept me riveted to the couch and, together with massage, this month I could spend my precious leisure time and a truce with CFS in enjoyable activities with friends, with Alexander, no suffer too.

The Christmas period has always been for me a moment of balance, especially in terms of health, and I must say that despite everything, the trend for 2011 appears to be in climb. It 'exactly one year that I undergo a lymph drainage massage and I can not help but sing the praises of this method to ward off the symptoms of the beast. The energy levels have not reached the normal range, I still sleep a lot and I still have the determination of forces, but the pain has decreased a lot and still are returning with less frequency. What can I say? I'll never stop doing the massage, and I'm dying with curiosity to know whether these effects might also apply to other patients.

Even though I could not do much on the front of the awareness campaign in recent months, one of the results of my sforzi passati è uscito oggi in edicola.

What will be the X factor for CFS?

How did I few months ago, here's another article published in category Wall Street Journal Health Blog , Katherine Hobson, the saga XMRV. The article is on November 4.

E 'for over a year that researchers have found XMRV retrovirus in the blood of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. Now people are asking: what's next for the X?
The debate about the truth of the link between XMRV and CFS and other diseases is still lively, mainly because some groups have found the virus in the blood of high proportion of people with the disease, while others have failed to find in any patient.
An article published yesterday (November 3, ed) Viruses in the paper, provides guidelines for researchers to study the link between XMRV and CFS. All agree that reaching a consensus on standards to be applied in these studies is critical.
The article was written by someone who knows what it takes to find XMRV - Ila Singh, a scientist at the University of Utah who has published an article on the discovery XMRV in patients with cancer prostate. He is now working on una serie di studi sull’XMRV.
Singh aggiunge che la ricerca “ideale” should also use at least one method that has already been successful to detect the virus in previously published studies, also using the same blood samples.
Kim McCleary, president of the CFIDS Association of America, a group representing the CFS, said that Singh's article offers "a strong framework for reducing some of the conflicting issues in the research that has already been published."
The guidelines are timely. W. Ian Lipkin, a virus hunter at Columbia University appointed by the government to resolve the issues sull'XMRV, convened a meeting this week.

Mighty Guy 3 Play Now

Seasons and Shopping

It is no longer a story of a single day's activities over the weekend with a week of complete rest. This deserves a vote of gratitude every day: I added a load on the scale and it seems that he may judge the balance .... for now.

Among the various "activities" carried out this weekend, the fateful change of season. Yeah, the sad goodbye to those leaders that you have light clothes during the summer and the release of all the knitting wool by the infamous vacuum bags. It 'obvious that last year I was in a totally different mental place because now I have a whole wardrobe of faded brown, beige, blacks, green colors ..... there are almost no "real" and what ovviamente non può andare.

Tutte domande apparentemente futili over demand highlights: How much can I spend? but it is not on any question .... you play a piece of health, but few people know how everyone says, is the first thing.

Unfortunately the only way to answer all these questions is to try, and yesterday's exactly what I did. I was out of a massage and I felt fit enough, then I go to my friend's house and bring her one year old daughter with us at the mall. I know, I know, I always say that you should avoid these areas of potential crisis in physics, but is stronger than me: 220 stores! But how can I not go once to try some ognitanto dress and at the same time try my wings?

Recipes For A Fatty Liver

alarmism

New Trojan Blue Condom

Maternal and I remember the case that

Parlando con altri, mi rendo sempre più conto di quanti percorsi assurdi si fanno per arrivare to have a diagnosis, the patient's fate is tied to the possibility that, at the e. .. already the case: in the case. So I thought to copy and paste some excerpts from a book I started writing long ago (never published of course), even before embarking on this blog, so for all tell you about it and maybe to exchange some experience.
( After the onset of symptoms and more insistent after going on sick leave from work - after Easter 2007 )
"I spent the day in the most absolute concern. It's more frustrated because not the febbretta si trasformò mai in un febbrone da cavallo decente eppure ero confinata negli spazi del mio monolocale.
I wanted to give a satisfactory explanation in the form of office on my return. My father was involved in the hunt for a doctor friend, a gastroenterologist, whom I had to struggle to avoid a bad experience of preventive medicine by anal. My digestive system was the only one that apparently worked perfectly and I was not going to let me ruin. This doctor, however, turned out to be crucial because he understood that my situation could have been a trail of intestinal flu last month, and in that case would be appropriate to consult with a doctor to Aviano for a possible case of chronic fatigue, a suggestion that at the time was not taken into account.
Unfortunately my doctor, rightly concerned about the lack of evidence of infection in the field, had to tell me to do investigations to rule out what I think is THE most feared monster. Me said softly, using a euphemism, that lymphocytosis could be a sign of "blood disease." He did not provide further information, I realized that there was already a suspicion of lymphoma or leukemia, having my lymph nodes and the absolute weakness of my energy. Unfortunately, these surveys do not it is a rapid process made easy by the hospital system.
I was glad to finally receive the negative results of the tests, but I could not rejoice as would any other normal person, because if it was true that I did not have leukemia or lymphoma, was also true that I found myself in the same situation I do not know what was wrong, as they treat me.
I asked to be referred to another well-known infectious disease, always the same hospital, who, upon payment of the usual $ 100 now, my analysis in hand, told me quite frankly have no idea what the cause of my chronic fatigue and that, to defend myself from latent infection, I had to take an anti-inflammatory per day as a precaution. I tried this solution for a few days but stopped immediately when they began the excruciating stomach cramps.
And so it went into a field of immunology. Through a friend of Padua, who was the father of the primary hospital, I got an appointment with an immunologist specializing in genetic and autoimmune diseases at one of the centers of excellence in this field. He appeared for the first time the problem of so-called "journey of hope." By making immigrants in search of a better future, my mother and I set off from the Tiburtina station on board a Eurostar to the Veneto. We were all immigrants, and I am going to explain why. You see, it is not possible for a person in my condition, especially in the acute stages of the disease - to spend long hours standing, sitting there, so it needed a first-class carriage, where I could lay next to the dining car and order access to water and the crew of the train easily. It was also necessary to explain and document the INPS I was out of town not for pleasure but for health issues, so any ticket, receipt, and was received by jealously and send to the Authority. You arrive in Padua, I destroyed the trip, staying at a convent of nuns, not because of the Catholic faith, but because era l’unica struttura rientrante in un budget accettabile abbastanza vicino all’ospedale.
Piano piano, arrivammo all’ingresso e mi ritrovai presto in una situazione familiare. Dopo la visit gave me an endless list of tests to be done, some new and some already made, and meanwhile told me that he booked a PET-CT scan at the center of Vicenza, to exclude cancers not detected by blood tests. Since we were now in mid-July, the only thing to do was to make the analysis in Rome, however, being very complex, would certainly have provided results in September, and to make the PET-CT in the late summer. In addition he advised me to make an appointment with Prof. Tirelli to assess whether or not I had a syndrome known as chronic fatigue. And so we went with the tasks to do in Rome and with a further terror in the heart, like a shadow projected by the imminent PET-TAC e che mi avrebbe perseguitata per tutta l’estate.
Arrivammo al quinto plan, up to the famous waiting room, already nearly full of patients like me, all with a puzzled face, with abundant clinical waiting to be called by the luminary. I do not know what to expect, I had documented online on chronic fatigue and had no desire to hear. Yet all my symptoms pointed straight to that conclusion, but I still had not reached the minimum threshold for the duration of symptoms of 6 months, I still had one (and a half) and I was determined not to do it. I told myself that I would rather a nasty but treatable diagnosis, because I had read that there were no care and that patients with CFS did not heal almost never.
Rispose che era probabile che avessi la stanchezza cronica post-infettiva (probabilmente causata dall’influenza intestinale), al che riportai le history of fainting before flu and said that these incidents were not necessarily related to the diagnosis. Go on holiday after the analysis, then we will see you and we will evaluate the situation. My father was very happy (he had always known, etc. ..) and relaxed until the professor introduced the bill. Without saying a word, pulled out the checkbook and signed for a figure to say the least consistent.
I went to the Twins to make withdrawals of Vicenza precritti doctor, just to get away. The analysis needed to be more than 5 vials of blood and the nurse was very surprised. I explained that maybe I had an autoimmune disease because ero sempre fiacca e lei mi guardò in faccia per la prima volta.
My own friends, after a number of fears, began to insinuate, even sympathetically, it was all in my head. I myself sometimes doubted my mental stability, after four months to find something that showed no signs of wanting to reveal.
And so I asked my father to find a psychiatrist willing to hear the beginning of August. And that's exactly what he did. It was one of last resort, a sort of catching up with an answer before the summer. I wanted someone to tell me intensely that it was all in my head and with a behavioral therapy that I would be back to their previous life. So I found myself in Parioli, in a study of Rome well, sitting on a comfortable leather chair to empty the bag of all possible sources of stress that could possibly provoke this reaction. "Confessed" that maybe it was really promoting that had given me this latent stress, and that perhaps I had repressed so causing my illness. Postulai perhaps even moving to a studio with Alexander I had been caught unprepared for the emotional side, and maybe I reacted to these discomforts. Epilogue of my outburst, in which I consumed a variety of Kleenex, I asked the psychiatrist to tell me that I was really mad and that everything could end up with a drug therapy. There was a response that aroused in me an uncontrollable rage. In short, the doctor recognized a total absence of forms of depression or anxiety, I was sane and not to repress anything. HOWEVER, I said, "Just try to go on vacation, and if the symptoms improve, then it will be that this is due to stress, otherwise continue with the medical investigation." In a few words and told me not to know, a hundred Euros lighter, I wish you happy holidays.

Of course, after returning from vacation (during which appearances were also the pain of fibromyalgia), I found everything as before, some analysts were ready but others still await answers, and the date booked for la PET-TAC si avvicinava sempre di più.
Desideravo una risposta più definita, ed ero irrazionalmente fierce that dying, because otherwise this radical change, this feeling of being suddenly aged fifty years? I knew that I could not forgive me for such a gross oversight and adequate rest if I had not obtained the absolute scientific certainty that there was no other plausible answers.
So I found myself lying on stretchers in the waiting room for the PET. I was attached to a drip of dye, which is nothing but a sugar solution mixed with art to highlight foci, even tiny tumors, which metabolize sugars more quickly than other parts of the body. The nurses put us a lot to find a vein, I fainted at the first attempt and my veins were apparently withdrawn, apparently reluctant to accept this latest needle that was to come. I stared at the ceiling, trying to mentally detach from the patients around me. I was tired from the trip the night before, I was not able to sleep at night for cramps and nerves, and now the tears do not even try to dry them. After an hour staring at the ceiling, it was finally my turn came and the nurse took me to the room. The machine was a huge thing, and I felt like a dream, where I was transferred to a parallel reality of Grey's Anatomy, but they usually do in my sogni non sono il paziente bensì la protagonista, aggrovigliata in una tresca con il Dr. Stranamore.
Cercai in vano di stare ferma, ma devo confessare che ad alcuni lievi I could not resist moving, my legs hurt too much, and the bed was not comfortable. The doctors immediately noticed it and told me, after half an hour inside that tube buzzing, we had to start again in earnest. This time I tried more diligently, trying to close your eyes and think that I was not really there, but on the beach in Puglia. 45 minutes went by the canons and soon I was left with a promise to get results from there for a week. Mom was waiting outside in the waiting room with a sandwich, a bottle of water and a banana, but I could not wait to return to Rome.
Tirelli, for example, wanted to start therapy with cortisone and supplements for a few months, and follow the progress as time went on. Already I knew that we would go for long and that any eventual solution would not be submitted immediately.
We got into the car, with a treatment already in hand, having delivered a few hundred Euros for the visit and knowing that they must go to the pharmacy to spend who knows how many other medications for me would be enough for a few weeks. From what I was accommodated in a car with a feeling of having completed the last step of the diagnosis, on the way home I began to feel increasingly sad, but I did not want apparently because my parents seemed so happy to have finally got a definitive answer. I got home and threw myself on the bed, throwing the tears that I had not had the courage to cry, it seemed that I was given 3 months of life, and instead they told me I would not be dead but that the disease was chronic ... he seems to amount to same thing at the bottom. I thought of the work, the things I wanted to do and tried to react, because I did not want Alex to find his way back. I tried to trust my sadness at the forum CFSItalia , which had already begun to attend before the holidays, given the suggestion of Tirelli. But this time was different, I was not "possibly ill" I was really. I tried to comfort regarding therapy, but found no one who had made it. Unfortunately, instead I said sick people for over 10 years, they told me to adapt and learn to listen to my body, all good advice but that did not provoke the comfort I was looking for. No one answered "I am cured of CFS, no one gave me real hope, I received a lot of solidarity, almost condolences, which were nearly suited to my case. I felt like sinking into a sea of \u200b\u200bdespair, yet I could not let it take over. Alexander would return in a few hours and did not want me to be in that state ...
Instead I called him and I communicated the good news of the diagnosis and therapy, was a hope, albeit small, but there was. As soon as I attacked I tried to believe the words I had said, the psychological attitude was very important in any kind of therapy, I had learned at university, and tried to find practical solutions to work, maybe I will get the disability and leave over at least maybe I can start to work part-time, perhaps we should not wait that long, maybe therapy get myself together, maybe ..
see, worrying that something else happens, delivered a diagnosis, is the feeling of being finished with a handful of mosche in mano.

Skin Be Forum Denise Milani

Miiiiiii doloreeee

Comunque, grazie a un antidolorifico e a massage of Alexander I was able to sleep and today I'm happy that I got up with a situation much better: the head seems to have calamata but I feel that another misstep MOOLTO cost me dearly. Now I'm taking a bit of courage to go out with Tito and massage this afternoon I hope he made his usual miracle. When I found the balance will come to talk about my achievements last week, and to share with you the results of an interesting encounter I had last week and possible new developments in the dialogue with the institutions, but now I have to keep energies for practical things like shower, Tito, and work .....

Cm Creamy Lotion After Ovulation

Ahh, the blissful normality! Small people

Do not go home? No, I went home, I went to the bar by Alexander to show me. Arrival and he is about to close, and there is a friend of mine with her baby of 4 months (yes, I have an entourage of friends who produce children throttle ... but I would emphasize that I am the youngest of the group so do not put me under pressure), then I sit for a little spupazzarmela.

Ale asks me what I do ... the reality is that I'm knackered, I'm not hungry and I'm a little scared, but I took this challenge very seriously and I wonder what I could hold a movie ...? 3 years will not go to the cinema? We go to the cinema.

When I travel I use a wheelchair does not literally risking their legs for the holidays, and I think seriously that the Italian shopping centers should make available to the electric cars for the disabled as they do in America ... healthy people barely able to complete within the gates of Rome, just think of the CFS-positive! Think about what I wanted to go to the supermarket! I only say that I'm going forward with a horrible shower gel for men to "perfume" by Pino for weeks just because if I have energy that "advance" not going to give mica in such a place, rather than going to the hairdresser, to find a 'friend, out to dinner ... or do I stay in bed things best suited to a Sunday morning ...

propose to the latter paper Ale with a look between the languid and the desperate but now it does not convince, I hated to say no and send it on its own (as I usually do the rest.) Remembered my challenge I get up with difficulty, and I think I said "ouch!" at least twenty times between the departure of pillow friend and Operation infiliamoci pants. " Rinsing your face, trying to discern if the mirror that there was the same Valentina yesterday afternoon, and bends a little 'upset aside, I conclude that with a bit of concealer for dark circles, the answer is yes. Arriviamo a casa, riesco a rendermi utile nell'operazione scarico merci in the fridge, and I'm finally on the couch! Ahhh!

I get up off the couch when I get a little peckish and the memory of that whale dessert .. why not? 3 eggs, 200ml of cream, whisk and 45 minutes in the oven and that's it: a high-calorie basis for the hard times that will come .... I prepare a nice dinner after another rest stop, ever mindful of my challenge now has become "not give up until they fall", just to give a final touch to my kamikaze operation.

today are very experienced and happy to have the fridge full because I worked in my pajamas all day without leaving the base camp. But I must say that I felt peggio, e francamente mi aspettavo peggio.

Farmerama Spis Nasion

Deception is the trick as well, but will it work?

Ciao, non so se c'avete mai provato, ma io la butto lì as a hint .... You know those days when I'm with energies below zero and my bones hurt 80 year old type? Instead of croggiolarmi in grief and repentance for whatever effort I made in previous days, I sometimes try a fake. I do not always succeed, but I try to convince my head that I'm still in bed because I have to be there, but because I want to stay there. This principle works well enough for the people watching me, but to convince yourself is a job.

The trick is to pretend that is the last Sunday of the holidays and I definitely want to rest before returning to the hustle and bustle. Of course, there were no holidays, not Sunday, but Tuesday is the "life frantic "is my alter ego to the" Sliding Doors ": If I had not ever sick ... and if I had the physique of Gwyneth Paltrow, in fact I have to create me a hallucination. It 's a difficult exercise, but that leads to a number of advantages if goes well ... All of a sudden you forget the real problems and you can focus the mind on the most frivolous.

First you create the look : the most comfortable pajamas I have but at least it gives me (I choose a good color, a sexy but not too tight tank top, boxer shorts borrowed from Ale etc ... casual but with a certain allure). For the hair that you can not wash keep a bottle in stock lacquer can be useful, and now I'll explain why. If you spray hairspray at the roots (known to be fat in my part) and let it dry, just a brush stroke to give you a head of hair look and feel of the cleaner.
Keep close to read a hairpins or bell'elastico to get them up is another good alternative.

The environment: In general a patient should always be in a comfortable and welcoming, but this also applies to a body part that does not look much (in spite of the proverb) - we forget that even the 'eye wants its part. Here come into play family members and / or your will nei giorni migliori.

So here it is important to establish the thing we most need at that particular time. If you sleep, I pretend to be just back from the disco (though I just woke up), I turn around and try to sleep. If you can not do that, I ask myself a herbal tea or lime and / or camomile and at least try to keep their eyes closed. There are those who can not bear to visual stimuli but takes pleasure from audio books, fortunately it is not my case and a good read me back to sleep. If my problem is fatigue (tiredness deceptively called) pick up the phone to book a massage the afternoon (around 17.30, when I have accumulated enough strength to go). If it is not so much sleep the "fatigue" as the pain of the bones and muscles, I get up, I fill the bath and in the meantime, prepare the pain of pasticconi (always keep the crackers at hand to eat before taking them). While preparing the hot bath I say, "Oooh, it's a bit that I wanted to give me a nice hot bath, who knows when I have time to do with another" and prepare the stack of fashion magazines next to the bathtub to have something to read to distract me , maybe the phone for a chat with un'amica, luci basse, candele, l'idea è di creare una spa nel mio bagno.

  • riviste

  • remote controls,
  • phone
  • phone
Friends are welcome, but only if I am able to have a conversation, or deny access to local and I close my in a kind of window where only I exist. Well, not really me, but to me the version of Greta Garbo ("I want to be alone ")....

So I lie, reasonably comfortable, in order, and with lots of relaxing things to do: it is a Sunday, and very nearly do it again tomorrow ....

What do you do to pass the days when you are sick? Suggeritemi your "fake" s exchange tips for not thinking ....

The CFS in Children Religion Revisited

Today my father sent me one of those who always send mail with an attached presentation that rips always a smile. I needed it: they are in dispute with my accountant for the most disastrous statement of income of the story and I feel that I'm working like crazy to survive instead of building a future like all the girls (yes, we are still "girls" in thirty years ... I do not know?) my age. The worst thing is that I have not the strength (both physical and willingness) to go and break his legs (figuratively speaking of course) in person, although I must say I still know how to scare people by phone - shake and hear them ill-treated with insults and objections duly concealed by a veil of warmth and humor gives me a certain satisfaction .... are a bad person, do you think? However, I called for reinforcements - in the form of mine - to go to fight in person and we'll see who wins the battle ... Meanwhile, I hope you two sides with laughter this presentation that "update" a little ' la Bibbia..in confronto sono un vero e proprio angelo..
