THE MALBIANCO (powdery mildew)
Like all cryptogamic diseases also commonly called fungus, powdery mildew (more commonly known as powdery mildew, fog or manna) develops
especially in the presence of wet weather, on average, and hot in the event of poor ventilation .
It is a widespread disease in the northern areas, which manifests itself una infiorescenza del micelio (fungo), riscontrabile come pulviscolo biancastro con parziale decolorazione della foglia.
A good preventive remedy may be to place the plant in a well ventilated area affected or likely to practice pruning clearly light and ventilate every aprte crown. If this is not possible in the first place you should avoid watering in the evening hours during periods with average temperatures. It usually occurs later repeated use of fungicides such as sulfur products, dinocap, benzimidazole derivatives, pyrimidine, triazole, in the case of use of fungicides is recommended to practice 2-3 applications per year, further work with the same active ingredient may cause phenomena of resistance to prodotto. In organic sulfur can be used as a preventative, or using an antagonist of mildew, Ampelomyces quisqualis, which seems to give good results.
